Only usage beyond your included credits, plus the carrier fees mobile carriers charge on every business text. We pass those through at cost and list every rate on our usage rates page. There are no fees we don't show you.

A prepaid balance for texts, emails and calls. Each one takes a small amount from the same balance, so you decide the mix. Your plan adds $5, $15 or $25 every month, and unused credits don't roll over.

Will AI talk to my customers for me?

Only when you turn it on. AI answers questions and books appointments, day or night, and you can read every conversation and take over anytime.

Can I keep my other apps?

Yes. Connect 2,000+ apps, plus your own AI.

No long-term contract on monthly plans. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are prepaid for the year.

Do you offer refunds?

Plan fees and setup fees aren’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Unused wallet funds are refunded if you ask within 30 days of cancelling. See our Terms of Service.

Do you set it up for me?

Yes. Onboarding includes your industry setup, Google profile connection and texting registration.

Credits included each month: $5, $15 or $25 in usage credits.* One shared balance covers your texts, emails and phone calls.

Setup and onboarding (one-time): $297 on Spotlight, $497 on Autopilot and Frontrunner (includes building your website). Covers your account setup, industry pipelines and follow-up, Google profile connection and business texting registration. Waived on annual plans.
Carrier registration fees: The fees carriers charge to register business texting are passed through at cost.

*How credits work

Credits are one balance, like a prepaid card. Every text, email or call minute you send takes a small amount from it right away.
You choose the mix. Spend it all on texts, all on emails, or split it however you like.
Rates: a text costs about 1 cent, an email about 1/12 of a cent, and calls are billed per minute.
Example with $15 in credits: 500 texts ($5) + 6,000 emails ($5) + $5 left for calls. Or 1,500 texts and nothing else.
Unused credits don't carry over to next month.
Rates are approximate. Carrier fees apply on top of the per-text rate. See the usage disclosure below.

*Usage disclosure. Usage rates shown are approximate, for standard US messages and calls, and may change when our phone, email and carrier providers change their rates. Texts are billed per segment: one segment is up to 160 characters, and longer messages, emojis and special characters use more segments. Picture messages (MMS), international messages and calls cost more than a standard text. Mobile carriers charge their own per-message fees on business texts; these vary by carrier and are passed through at cost, on top of the per-text rate. Business texting requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and carriers can filter or block messages that don't follow their rules. AI included in your plan covers the AI itself; the calls and texts AI makes are billed at standard calling and texting rates. See the full usage rates.
