Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the program

• Customers only: the program is open only to current Hi5 Connect customers on an active, paid plan. You must stay a paying customer in good standing to earn and receive commissions.
• Join through the affiliate portal in your account. We can approve or decline any application.
• You're an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of Hi5. You can't make promises or sign agreements for Hi5.

2. How you earn

• Commission: 10% of the subscription fees paid by customers you refer, for as long as they stay on a paid plan and you stay a paying Hi5 Connect customer.
• Commissions don't apply to usage charges, wallet funds, carrier fees, taxes, setup fees or third-party subscriptions.
• Attribution: a referral is credited to the last affiliate link clicked within 90 days before sign-up.
• Qualifying customers: a referred customer must stay active and paid for at least 45 days. Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations within that period reverse the commission.
• No self-referrals: you can't earn commissions on your own account or accounts you control.

3. Payouts

• Paid monthly on the 15th for commissions earned in the prior month, through the affiliate portal.
• Minimum payout: $50. Balances below the minimum roll over.
• You must provide a completed W-9 (or W-8) before we can pay you. You're responsible for your own taxes.

4. How you can promote

You must:

• Clearly disclose that you earn a commission, in every post, video, email and page where you share your link (FTC Endorsement Guides). Example: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link."
• Describe Hi5 Connect accurately, using prices and features from our website.
• Follow all marketing laws, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and platform rules.

You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited texts or calls, or use purchased lists
• Bid on "Hi5 Connect," "Hi5" or similar terms in paid search, or use them in domains or social handles
• Make false or exaggerated claims, including guaranteed results or income
• Offer unapproved discounts or coupons, or post on coupon sites
• Pretend to be Hi5 or suggest you're an official partner or employee
• Use our logos or brand beyond the materials we provide

5. Confidentiality and customer data

Keep non-public program information confidential. Don't collect, store or use referred customers' personal information except as they allow and the law permits.

6. Ending the program

• If you cancel your Hi5 Connect plan (or your account is suspended for non-payment), your affiliate participation ends automatically and you forfeit all future commissions, including on customers you referred who stay on the platform. Qualifying commissions already earned before your plan ended are paid on the next payout date if they meet the minimum.
• Either party can end participation with 30 days' written notice. Earned, qualifying commissions will be paid.
• We can end it immediately for breach, fraud or conduct that harms our brand. Unpaid commissions are forfeited in that case.
• We may change or end the program, including commission rates, with 30 days' notice.

7. Liability and disputes

• You'll indemnify Hi5 against claims arising from your promotion or breach of these terms.
• Our liability to you is limited to commissions owed in the prior 3 months.
• Disputes follow the governing law, arbitration and class action waiver sections of our Terms of Service.
