Why we built it

I've been the business owner juggling ten apps.

I went to school for sacred piano and ran my own studio with up to 40 students. I spent my evenings chasing tuition, texting reminders and rescheduling lessons instead of teaching.

Then I built a marketing agency and became a REALTOR, and I saw the same thing everywhere: great local businesses losing customers because a call went unanswered or a follow-up never happened. Not because they didn't care, but because they were busy doing the work.
